We all have been blessed to have heard and felt the music of BB King. A true King of the Blues !! Glad to have heard him live a few times. Met and talked with him @ Tower records Singapore1994. Myself, Mei Sheum and Blair Sherell played for him. He was so kind to ask where I was from and that led to more chit chat. I was compelled to ask him for an autograph. All I had was my Charlie Parker omni book. As I past him the open book, he said "Charlie Parker thats my Hero”. A beautiful moment in time ! Later we went to his concert HAPPENING !!! We continued celebrating music back at the club we were working. Thanks for those tickets Jim Gelpy ! R.I.P. MR. BB KING, Peace and love you all & and your music !!!
